    Event Manager

    • Orchestrate multiple client events from conception to execution all over the continent, comprising of meetings, trade shows, and incentive trips for up to 1,200 attendees.

    • Register for all exhibitions, ensuring the booth space is fully prepped and ready upon arrival of our sales team.

    • My duties in the planning process include, but are not limited to:

      • Research and select all venues and vendors. Create and manage registration site on Cvent.

      • Manage staff travel and supervise on-site team. Track spend for all events ensuring to remain at or below allocated budget.

      • Present post-event surveys to stakeholders and suggest modifications for future events to ensure our attendee’s thoughts are heard and implemented.

  • Altar’d Events

    Wedding Planner

    • Planned, designed, and managed all details of the wedding day for clients.

    • Conducted market research and stayed up to date on all design and experience trends in the events industry to generate concepts for each couple.

    • Crafted and implemented onboarding process and led all training for the system we used, Aisle Planner, for each couple.

    • Executed each wedding ceremony and reception, ensuring the couple and all guests remained unaware of any mishaps throughout the day.

    • Planned and executed Off White STL - THE WEDDING SHOW featuring up to 50 wedding professional booths and 600 attendees.

    • Implemented Off White STL - THE COLLECTIVE, a wedding professional network that highlights vendor gatherings, education days, and marketing opportunities.

    • Led an annual Wine Walk fundraiser for 3,500 around a neighborhood, including obtaining sponsors, attendee marketing efforts, and all on-site logistics.

    • Welcomed clients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering all leads generated from our website and social media.

    • Reviewed clients event inspiration to prepare showroom for meetings by pulling samples and quoting prices.

    • Managed CEO’s calendar to schedule team meetings and travel.

    • Pulled and prepped all supplies for event-day, including rental products ordered, a set-up emergency kit, and event-day binder with all information needed to set up the team for success.

    • Ensured the website was consistently updated, including adding new products and reserving inventory for booked events.
